Programs
The J.O.Y. School provides a six week summer program for children that meets for five hours each weekday. Our Director has managed the program for over thirty years and has brought together a team of experienced professionals, teachers, and volunteers. The J.O.Y School is founded on love and the programs are offered free of charge.
The J.O.Y. School University Program is for adults over 21 years old who have a variety of abilities and enjoy social time with others.
This group of adults meet on Mondays and Tuesdays to engage in arts and crafts, dance and exercise, gardening, playing bells, having lunch and socializing. We also go on holiday themed field trips, attend Special Olympics, and ACTION Club activities. The typical calendar for this group of friends is September through May meeting on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 am until 2pm.
